...and thank you for taking the time to get to know us! Scotty’s is a preschool, daycare, and before and after school facility licensed by the State of Connecticut for 85 children.

Our goal at Scotty’s is to provide children with a nurturing, healthy and safe environment that promotes learning, a positive self-concept, and a secure sense of well being.

We provide a flexible program which promotes exposure to all areas of learning. We encourage fine and gross motor development, creative art, music and movement, early science and math, socialization, and much much more.

We feel that play is essential.

Children who play are always learning and developing the important skills they need to grow and develop for the future. We provide the newest and best developmental toys in order to allow your child to learn through play.

Scotty’s is an amazing place for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years to spend their day learning, laughing, growing and developing.

Having opened in 1984, Scotty’s boasts an age appropriate contemporary curriculum for all the children. Each age group has their own classroom. Each classroom is bright, roomy and full of activities to keep your little one busy all day!

A loving, nurturing, professional staff works together to create monthly curriculums that encourage a love for learning.
